If Your Home Is Your Castle, What's Your Shed?

(3/7/06 - P)  Wanna buy one to live in?

There was an eyebrow-lifting advertisement in a local newspaper last week:  "Shed (12m x 7m) permitted for residential use and storage."   MRRA thinks the land was in the Kyneton area.  We know standards are falling across the Shire (across the State?), but have we really come to this?  Surely Macedon Ranges Council hasn't issued a permit for a shed to be used for residential purposes?  Has it?  Or is it just some slightly over-blown advertizing on the part of the vendor?
