Remy Favre, a member of MEG, has researched 1500 VCAT decisions made in 2005.   

His findings are enlightening and disturbing.

The Bracks Government is using VCAT as a de facto planning authority thus usurping the powers of democratically elected local councillors to the detriment of residents.
