Poor Doncaster is under attack.   This comparison of costs between Doncaster and Docklands is interesting and explains why the Mitcham Twin Towers did not get off the ground.

In Docklands or St Kilda you have a variety of views, a host of amenities and close proximity to the CBD On Doncaster Hill you are 18 kms by road or 14.9 kms as the crow flies to the GPO, with obstructed views of the City and you overlook a shopping centre.
Docklands and St Kilda areas have all forms of transport including a world class railway station. Doncaster Hill might have one mode of transport 3 years from now.

in addition you have a block of land.

 

High rise apartment body corporate fees will be in excess of $5,000.00 annually.

 

Vancouver has made significant progress..... look where their high rise development is located
