River Red Gum Forests Investigation Report Released

VEAC has completed the River Red Gum Forests Investigation and provided its report to the Minister for Environment and Climate Change.

You can now access VEAC's website (http://www.veac.vic.gov.au/) and download a copy of the final report, as well as the associated summary brochure and information sheets.

Hard copies of the final report and summary brochure will be available from next week at Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE) offices and local libraries in the Investigation area, as well as Information Victoria in Melbourne.

The report represents the final stage of VEAC's River Red Gum Forests Investigation.

The government will now consider the report and provide a response within approximately six months.
