Worried About Climate Change?  Want More Done?  Then Say So By Signing Up

WOMEN FOR URGENT ACTION ON THE CLIMATE CRISIS (WUACC) HAS JUST POSTED A PETITION ONLINE  http://www.wuacc.org/

WUACC says:  

 
"Women, being under-represented in the nation's parliaments and board rooms, are providing this vehicle for all supportive Australians.

Could you please sign and spread this petition on climate change as widely as possible through your networks?  It would be great if you could also link it to relevant websites. It's based on a 10 point plan for action by government - not intended to be definitive but to be pithy, amenable to wide support and likely to encourage our singularly inactive MPs to take urgent action.

The petition is to be presented to the Commonwealth Government/Senate by a senator, as required, when we've got a credible list - 20,000+ 

With decent numbers, it could also assist us all to influence state and local governments."
